Has a small crack in bottom corner aside from that it’s in good working condition. Comes with a black silicone case. I’m not 100% if it’s unlocked but I got it to work with my consumer cellular chip which runs off AT&T. The person I previously bought it off of wasn’t sure either which carrier it was locked to if any.
