When plugged into power, the screen with flash but never fully light up. I don’t believe it is charging. Screen glass has some cracks, LCD is not cracked. That is as far as it has been tested. I posted a screen of what information the IMEI has. Other than that I have no further information on this device. Selling as is for parts or repair only. No returns.
