CAT S62 Pro 128GB Rugged 128GB Phone (For Parts or Repair ONLY). Phone does power on when charging, but does not boot up in Android OS. We will do everything in my power to make things right. Unable to test if phone is Factory Unlocked, but 90% sure it is.
