This is used, it does not turn on.I tried to plug it in and nothing happened.The battery has fallen, and the back is cracked.That covers the battery.The back is extremely sticky.I tried to use some goo gone, but it did not seem to help. This is sold as is.I do not know if it will work with a new battery. Br66
